YouTube publishing not configured.
Set up YouTube publishing:
1. Create Google Cloud project and enable YouTube Data API v3
2. Create OAuth 2.0 credentials (Desktop app type)
3. Add YOUTUBE_OAUTH_CLIENT_ID and YOUTUBE_OAUTH_CLIENT_SECRET to .env
4. Run: python scripts/get_youtube_token.py
5. Add YOUTUBE_CHANNEL_ID to .env
